Your privacy is the whole point of how ZephyCube | IMG is built. This policy explains what happens to your files and data.

Files processed in your browser

Most tools — compressing, converting between JPG/PNG/WebP, resizing, cropping, rotating, merging into a collage, watermarking, blurring sensitive areas, adding text, adjusting colors, and stripping metadata — run completely inside your browser using client-side code. Your files are never uploaded for these tools. When you close the tab, they're gone.

Files processed on the server

A small number of tools need software that can only run on a server: HEIC to JPG conversion, and splitting animated GIF frames. For these tools only, your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed, returned to you, and then deleted automatically (within one hour at the latest, and typically immediately). We do not read, copy, or retain the contents of these files.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
