Welcome to ZephyCube | IMG. By using this site and its tools, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

ZephyCube | IMG provides a set of tools for working with image files. Most tools run entirely in your web browser and never send your files to our servers. A couple of tools that need heavier processing (such as HEIC conversion and animated GIF splitting) upload your file to the server temporarily; those files are deleted automatically shortly after processing.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use ZephyCube | IMG only with images you own or have permission to process. You must not use the service to:

• process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to handle;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service;
• upload or generate content that violates the rights or privacy of others.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is". While we work to keep results accurate, image conversion and compression are inherently lossy for some formats, and we can't guarantee a specific outcome. Always keep a copy of your original file.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZephyCube | IMG and the ZephyCube Network are not liable for any loss of data, profit, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
